Returns:

• We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order belts once production has begun.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Refunds:

• Full refunds are only issued if we made a significant error on your order or the item is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

 Custom Orders Policy

All custom belts are made to your specifications. Once you approve the design mockup, production begins and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

• We will send updates and photos as needed to ensure you’re satisfied with the process.
